Boy Scouts
Boy Scouts focuses on leadership development as they are getting older and are past the stage of the cub scouts. All activities are run by the boys themselves, and are merely supervised by the adults. Thus this encourages the kids to become more vocal and leaders. They try to achieve more programs that help out the community significantly and focus on the specific area in which their troop is located. Boys rise through the ranks of Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class, which focus on educational requirements, then ascend to Star, Life and finally Eagle, which require intense leadership practice and service.
Held to a higher standard, Boy Scouts must truly follow the Scout Oath and Law on a daily basis in order to reach the rank of Eagle.
