Youth Basketball
High School BasketballHigh School basketball is open to all students attending any of the Lake Washington Schools. A sports physical is required beforehand along with a payment, but from there, children are allowed to just play. All kids are encouraged to play regardless of skill level. The coaches' role is that they are there to teach players the game and to help them improve as they compete against other high schools in the area. Boys and girls play on separate teams in this competitive game. Also, there are three different teams for each gender based on player skill level, so that competition is fair.
